Shipping

Realtime shipping estimates are calculated at checkout based on customer location, selected carrier and package weight and dimensions. 

If an item is out of stock, this will be indicated on our website. We do our best to show accurate stock status on our website, but sometimes this is not always possible. If an item is no longer in stock we will contact you with a lead time.

If your item is built to order, we provide an estimated lead time during the consultation. If you need an update on your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Oversize items that ship on a pallet (eg. seats, fridges, etc) require a loading dock or forklift. An optional lift gate service may be available for an extra fee.

Moxie Van Co. is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA and currently only ships to US addresses. All US orders will ship within 3-5 business days once the order is placed, unless an item is out of stock. Delivery times vary based on item purchased, size and selected shipping carrier. All orders will receive tracking information once the shipping label has been created. If you have any questions, please contact us.
